During this holiday season remember many of our fellow students might be struggling to pay for even the basic staples.  This need is why this the school rolled out their “fill a bag, feed a coug,” program.  Paper bags are placed throughout the school, in offices, classrooms and in front of building entrances.  Non-perishable items such as canned food, peanut butter and grains are priority. Program ends today. Food can be brought to the Office of Student Involvement. To donate food past Friday, Nov. 22, contact OSI at 360.546.9163.

The “fill a bag” method is similar to Clark County’s Walk and Knock program where residents fill a grocery bag full of food and leave it on their doorstep.  Volunteers collect the food and deliver it to food kitchens or drop off spots.  Clark County walk and knock starts on Dec. 9 at 9 a.m.
