WSU Vancouver Teacher of the Year Award

My name is Aaron Bruckner and I’m the Vice President for ASWSUV. I have been charged with leading the selection process for the student Teacher of the Year award. This is a yearly award given by students to recognize teaching excellence at WSU Vancouver. I have created an online CougSync form to collect student nominations. If you could please send the following message to all the students of your respective colleges it would be much appreciated. I want to do my best to verify all our colleges are represented.

Hello students,

Every year the students of WSU Vancouver collect nominations for the Teacher of the Year award. Your nominee is someone who has inspired you, exceeded your educational expectations, or brought prestige to WSU Vancouver. The award will be given out at the commencement ceremony.

Please use the following link to submit your nominations online: https://orgsync.com/24924/forms/46795

You may nominate as many individuals as you want but please provide as much detail as possible for each submission. Nominations are due Friday, March 29.

Thank you,

Aaron Bruckner | Vice President

  1. Are you going to write about the security cameras being installed at school and how we’re becoming more of a police state? Why did they install these cameras? Did something happen to prompt this? Who ordered this? The campus has been a round for years and this year we have a new chancellor, so it makes me wonder if he ordered it. Who is watching us through the cameras? The police on campus? These types of questions should be asked, it is a new development that affects all of us.
